Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and develop the latest trending ideas, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

  • Lead and strategise, planning and creating social content for all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
  •  
  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
  •  
  • Set specific, measurable goals for each platform and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
  •  
  • Own the end-to-end content creation process: storyboarding, shooting/producing, editing, posting, and monitoring performance.
  •  
  • Source, brief, curate, and approve content with social media agencies and influencers.
  •  
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  •  
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  
  • Trend-savvy with a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
  •  
  • Proficient in CapCut for video editing, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
