Lead and strategise, planning and creating social content for all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
Set specific, measurable goals for each platform and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
Own the end-to-end content creation process: storyboarding, shooting/producing, editing, posting, and monitoring performance.
Source, brief, curate, and approve content with social media agencies and influencers.
Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary
Skills & Qualities:
Strong independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Trend-savvy with a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
Proficient in CapCut for video editing, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
